North Point Hospitality Announces Promotion of Mike White to Vice President of Design + Construction
Atlanta, GA — December 10, 2025 — North Point Hospitality is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike White to Vice President of Design + Construction. In this expanded leadership role, White will oversee all design and construction initiatives across the company’s growing portfolio, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality hospitality developments.
White joined North Point Hospitality in 2016 and has been an integral member of the organization for nearly a decade. He brings more than 19 years of construction expertise and distinguished military experience to the company. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully guided a wide range of projects—from interior renovations to large-scale retail and hospitality developments—contributing to nearly $400 million in construction and development initiatives.
Before transitioning to the private sector, White served over nine years in the United States Army as a combat helicopter pilot and company commander, deploying multiple times. His proven leadership, discipline, and strategic mindset have been invaluable assets to North Point Hospitality as the company continues to expand its development footprint.
During his time with North Point Hospitality, White has advanced through several key roles, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and most recently, Director of Design + Construction. His promotion to Vice President reflects both his professional achievements and his unwavering commitment to excellence, collaboration, and organizational growth. The timing of this promotion also aligns with North Point Hospitality’s robust development pipeline, which includes five properties currently in progress representing more than $500 million in total project investment. White’s leadership will play a critical role in guiding these projects from concept to completion.
White is a proud honors graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and received his commission as an Army officer. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Meredith, and their dogs.
