The SpringHill Suites received a Marriott Gold Circle award for their performance in 2017 while the Fairfield Inn & Suites received a Marriott Silver Circle. This is the second year in a row the SpringHill has brought home this recognition and a first-time award for the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
The Gold Circle award is presented to the top 10% of the brand in overall Guest Satisfaction scores while the Silver Circle is awarded to the top 20% of the brand in overall Guest Satisfaction. There are currently 395 SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotels in the company and more than 900 Fairfield hotels.
