The Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Alpharetta-Windward, owned and operated by North Point Hospitality Group, recently added to its already crowded trophy case when it was named a 2009 Pride Award winner by Hilton Hotels Corporation for outstanding hotel performance. This is the fourth consecutive year that the Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Alpharetta-Windward has won this prestigious award.

Finalists for the Doubletree Pride Awards are determined by three key components: a Brand Consistency Index (a measurement of physical condition, cleanliness and compliance with Brand Standards), Guest Loyalty Scores (a combination of scores from the Doubletree Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking Report) and the Brand Promise Scorecard (a rating system of 17 key performance service indicators by the brand). In addition to winning the Pride Award four years in a row, the hotel is also a three-time recipient of the Housekeeping Award of Excellence and a two-time winner of the Food & Beverage Award of Excellence and the Hospitality Award of Excellence.

In both 2007 and 2008, the Doubletree Hotel Alpharetta was honored with the Connie Award, named after Conrad Hilton, founder of Hilton Hotels Corporation. The Connie Award is presented to “the best of the best” hotels within each brand in the Hilton family of brands. Based on the year-end Quality Performance Balanced Scorecard rankings, the top ranked Doubletree Pride Award winning hotel is honored as a Connie Award winner.
