The Doubletree Hotel Historic Savannah is proud to announce that they were recently honored with the prestigious Doubletree Pride Award by Hilton Hotels Corporation for outstanding hotel performance in 2006.
Mark Stratton for the Doubletree Hotel Historic Savannah, was presented with the award during the brand’s General Managers Conference in early March.

Finalists for the Connie Awards and Doubletree Pride Awards were determined by three key components: a Brand Consistency Index (a measurement of Physical Condition, Cleanliness, and compliance with Brand Standards), Guest Loyalty Scores (a combination of three scores from the Doubletree Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking Report) and the Brand Promise Scorecard (a rating system of 12 key performance service indicators by the brand). Award recipients were chosen from the brand’s 175 hotels across North America.
