ATLANTA, Ga. — September 3, 2026 — North Point Hospitality is proud to recognize Chief Operating Officer Whip Triplett for 25 years of dedicated service and leadership with the company. Triplett celebrated his 25th anniversary with North Point Hospitality in August, marking a significant milestone in a career that has paralleled the company’s growth and evolution.
Triplett joined North Point Hospitality in August 2001 as Vice President. Over the course of the next 25 years, he took on increasing levels of responsibility, advancing to Executive Vice President before assuming his current role as Chief Operating Officer.
Throughout his tenure, Triplett has played an integral role in North Point Hospitality’s development and operations, helping guide the company and its hotels through periods of growth, change and opportunity. His leadership has touched virtually every area of the organization, from hotel operations and development to associate leadership and the guest experience.

As Chief Operating Officer, Triplett provides strategic and operational leadership across North Point Hospitality’s portfolio, working closely with property and corporate leadership to drive performance while maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.
